Schwarze-Robitec GmbH, a family concern founded in 1903 and given this name following the merger of Schwarze-Wirtz and Robitec, has produced tube and pipe cold bending machines in diameters between 4 and 420 mm since 1930. In 1965 the company began to produce the first numerically controlled machines. Specially designed machines, both conventional and CNC-controlled, are built for a wide range of industries (automotive, petrochemical, aircraft, aerospace, shipbuilding, furniture) and special booster bending machines (up to Ø 168.3 x 12.5 mm) have been developed for boiler and power plants.

Schwarze-Robitec makes both customised and standard tools!

Existing machines can undergo general or partial overhaul and the CNC control can be upgraded to the latest PC-based version.

For tube measuring equipment, software applications and/or tube working processes Schwarze-Robitec cooperates with companies specialising in those applications.

Veenstra Buigmachines BV was started by Mr Veenstra in 1932 making tube and profile bending machines. Many machines were subsequently sold all over the world. After this company went bankrupt in 1993, WYBO gained the rights to the original Veenstra manufacturing drawings. We are therefore able to support all machines and deliver all original spare parts and tools.
