The fully automatic bending machines, with a maximum capacity of up to Cu Ø 130 x 4 mm, are able to produce cut elbows with a maximum of 90 degrees. The small model is a servo-hydraulic controlled machine which uses the compression bending system, with mandrel guidance and integral sawing unit. The machine is fed from coiled copper tube, up to 4 tubes Ø 16 x 1 mm simultaneously, or 1 tube Ø 28 x 1.3 mm with a cycle time of approx. 3 seconds, thus achieving an output of approx. 5,000 bends/hour.
The larger models work from bar material with a length of a maximum of 7 metres; they have a magazine on the side for automatic loading and an integral sawing unit.
All tubes can be bent on a bending radius of R = D, depending on the elongation, wall thickness and maximum allowed thinning of the material.
