Additional Equipment
Wire working machines

Wire straightening and cutting machines at a range up to 32 mm and a speed of up to 120 m/min, including wire pay-off swifts.

Universal wire bending machines which take wire up to 15 mm in diameter directly from coils into a straightening station and which then bend the wire in different directions and cut it to length.

Tube cutting machines

Tube cutting through knifes or cutting wheels, as a stand-alone version or integrated in the tools of a multi-stack bending machine.

The knife cutting system operates with one, two or three knifes: the first knife slots the tube and the last knife cuts the tube.

The cutting wheel cuts from the outside to the inside, or the cutting wheel moves into the tube and cuts from the inside to the outside using eccentric rotation.

Section bending machines

Electro-hydraulic section bending machines, with three driven bending rolls, two of which are hydraulically adjustable, can bend a maximum capacity of up to 11,000 cm3 depending on the radius. The machines can be fitted with a basic portable positioning control with mini joysticks, with a PLC-based logic control (up to seven axes) for small section machines, or a PC CNC control (up to 24 axes) under the Windows operating system. The CNC-controlled machines can be equipped with an automatic transport and orientation device.

Tube end forming machines

Manually operated and fully automatic tube end forming machines for all kinds of formed shapes (e.g. reducing, expanding, beading, flaring, etc.), as used in the automotive, aircraft, household appliance fields, plus in all other industries which use tubes. An open C-shaped construction enables work to be carried out on bent tubes and the machines can be equipped with a multi-tool change system.

Calculation software

Simulation software converts the X, Y and Z co-ordinates into bending data and shows the bending process. The PC-software is able to detect collisions, even for multi-stack tools, and to correct or optimise the bending data or to suggest a possible solution while analysing interferences. When linked to a CAD system, entire pipe systems can be checked; we simply define the machine type used for the bending.
